Amazing! Dr Reed and her staff always go above and beyond the norm. I have been a patient of hers for many years and my children have gotten their braces done at her office too. Always always great care and customer service, Thank you so much Dr Reed for keeling my smile going. .

My daughter is a transfer orthodontic patient, and from the moment we walked into Reed Orthodontics, we felt welcomed. The front desk team greeted us warmly, and it was immediately clear that Dr. Reed runs a well-established, professional practice. We only waited a few minutes before being seen. Our patient care coordinator was absolutely wonderful. Since we are paying out of pocket and not using insurance, she took the time to thoroughly explain our contract, treatment plan, and financial responsibilities. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and even applied discounts wherever possible. Her compassion and professionalism made the entire process stress-free. We then had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Reed, who was gentle, sweet, and genuinely caring. She took the time to understand our goals and clearly explained the treatment plan for the next 18 months. We left feeling confident and excited about the journey ahead. My daughter has a significant overbite and spacing issues with her front teeth, and Dr. Reed explained exactly how these concerns will be addressed. We were also thrilled to learn that after treatment is completed, her retainer will be covered by a lifetime warranty. Eve

Our first time visit to Reed Orthodontics was very enjoyable for my kids , husband & I. All the staff was so kind & helpful & Ellie was a joy to talk with at the end of our visit. Love this wonderful staff of people.

Dr. Reed and her team have been amazing from the very beginning. Both my son and I have received care here, and honestly, they are the best in town. Even in emergencies, they always have someone available to help. Top-notch service, and everyone is incredibly kind and professional.
